Terms of use

Last updated 26 September 2026. These terms govern your use of aurora shop websites operated by IBA Beauty Ghana Limited ("IBA", "we"), 3 Volta Street, Airport Residential, GA-117-2883 Accra, Ghana. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products and authenticity

Everything we sell is sourced through the brand's official channel and registered with the FDA Ghana. Product descriptions, ingredients and directions come from the brand; we display them as accurately as we can, but colours and finishes can vary with your screen.

2. Prices and availability

Prices are in Ghana cedis, include VAT, and are the same online and in the Airport shop. Stock shown is live from our warehouse and shop; if an item sells out between your order and dispatch we will tell you and refund it. If a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the affected line and refund you before dispatch.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it by WhatsApp, SMS or email, not when you place it. Payment is taken by Payswitch (mobile money and cards) at checkout, or in cash on delivery where offered. We may decline or limit an order where we suspect fraud or resale.

4. Delivery, returns and refunds

5. Promotions

Gifts with purchase and samples are offered while stocks last, one per order unless stated, and have no cash value. We do not price-match grey-market sellers.

6. Engraving and personalised items

Engraved products are made to your instruction and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please check spelling before confirming.

7. Your account and reviews

Keep your login details private and tell us if you think they have been used by someone else. Reviews must be your own honest experience of a product you bought; we remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or misleading.

8. Intellectual property

The Aurora name and mark, the site's design and text, and our photography belong to IBA. Brand names, logos and product imagery belong to the respective brands and are used with their authorisation as their distributor or retailer. You may not copy or reuse any of it without written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ghanaian law, including for faulty products. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Most problems we can fix with a phone call — try us first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way goes to the courts of Accra.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. The version in force when you order is the one that applies to that order.
